International customers who purchase directly from WAITNOW,NET will receive a limited warranty on parts only. This means that during the specified warranty period, we will cover the cost of replacing the part in the event of a defect or failure. Please note that labor costs for repairs or replacements are not covered under this warranty.

For customers who purchase our products through distributors in their country, we kindly ask you to refer to the warranty policy of the respective distributor. Our distributors operate independently and may have their own warranty terms and conditions. They will better handle repair requests, replacements and returns in your region.

All products of the Horticultural Lighting Group are covered by a limited warranty to the original purchaser. The warranty is valid for manufacturing defects or product failure only when the product is properly used for its intended application.
