Horticultural Lighting Group adheres to the highest quality standards for all of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all of our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. We make every effort to ensure that your merchandise is manufactured and shipped in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or exchange.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the full cost of the returned merchandise minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Horticultural Lighting Group will also reimburse you for the shipping costs of the original product if the order shipped was defective.

To qualify for a refund, replacement, or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received, and must be in its original packaging.

Once the item is received, our facility representative will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Upon approval, the full cost of the returned item will be refunded. If the order shipped was defective, you will also be reimbursed for the shipping costs of returning the order to us.

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted and must be approved by Horticulture Lighting Group before any refund, exchange or replacement process can be initiated.

Exceptions to a full refund include any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged for any reason, or is missing parts that are deemed not to be due to our error. We will not refund items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
