Exchange Items

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us to discuss your needs. Items must be in original condition and exchange requests made within 30 days of receiving the item. After speaking with a WAITNOW representative, you can place a new order on the website and ship the original order back for credit, or the representative can place the order directly for you and arrange return shipping. The returned lights must be received in advance.

For defective items, please contact us to arrange a return. Upon receipt, the returned item will be inspected by a qualified technician who will verify that the defect was not caused by neglect, abuse, unauthorized repair or disassembly. For approved warranty replacements of defective items, the defective item must be shipped back prior to replacement. Upon approval, WAITNOW will replace the product with an identical product. If the exact product is no longer available, a product of equal value may be substituted.
