The item must be postmarked and shipped to WAITNOW within thirty (30) days of the date the order was received. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Items that are worn and damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged for any order refunded due to cancellation.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
